Crossmolina were defeated 4-0 by Sligo side Ballygawley on Sunday in Abbeytown in the Connacht Cup.

Crossmolina recorded their third consecutive victory to beat Claremorris 1-0 on Sunday in Abbeytown to advance to the next round of the FAI Junior Cup.

Crossmolina kicked off their Connacht Cup campaign with a convincing 5-1 victory against Ballaghadreen on Sunday morning.

19-July-2008 Fir Bolgs Blitz the Opposition
The Fir Bolgs won a close final 2-0 against Na Saoirse to triumph in the Crossmolina Soccer Blitz held at Abbeytown on Saturday as part of the Crossmolina Festival.
